We highly recommend that you thoroughly prepare your skin. We offer Norvell exfoliators, cleansers and mosturizers to help prepare your skin. Second, please do not have any deodorant, cosmetics, moisturizer or body creams on at the time of your appointment. If you are on any topical skin medications, we will do a patch test first and make sure your physician gives the ok that our solution will not interfere with your medication.
After spray tanning, you will want to wait at least 12 hours or more before your first shower. Do not work out, swim or do anything that will cause you to sweat for at least 12 hours. When you do take your first shower, use water only. After your first shower, you can use Norvell PH balancing cleanser daily to help protect and prolong your tan until your next appointment. Do not use scrubbies or loofahs afterwards!
To maintain your spray tan to last longer, keep your skin moisturized daily with Norvell Prolong sunless color extender! If you are going to invest in your tan, you might as well use the right maintenance products.
